We are excited to announce that we are back in the building and have started welcoming our community groups back to the centre. Week starting 9 May saw the return of our night groups and week starting 16 May we began resettling our daytime groups.

All of the rooms of the Vines Road Community Centre are one hundred percent ready for use for anyone who was using the centre prior to the flood.  Storage is a little bit of a problem at the moment, we have one store room unfinished which is holding us up a little bit. The contractors are doing what they can to keep this moving along.

Setting up the office has been the last priority on our list as we wanted to return our loyal community groups to normality, however it is slowly coming together.  Late last week our office contents were retrieved from storage.  We have lost quite a bit of important equipment such as the photocopier/printer, a few computers from the office and the phones.

New phones are on the way and should be arriving any day now. Please send us a message over facebook (see link above) or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to get into contact with us.

Thank you once again for your patience, we look forward to seeing you around the hallways of the Vines Road Community Centre!
